Learned counsel for the 6th respondent would oppose by stating that the reasons stated for condoning the delay of 122 days is insufficient.

2. Court will not condone uncondonable delay. In the present case, administrative delay has been cited by the Government and delay is not enormous.

3. That being the factum, the delay of 122 days in filing the above Review Application is condoned.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
