Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing these applications, CMP.Nos.30801 and 30806 of 2025 in A.S.No.184 of 2017 stand allowed. No costs.
