ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant / respondent to permit her to file documents 1 to 7 and mark as Exhibits in O.P.No.826 of 2023.

2. According to the applicant, the said documents were not listed in the counter. However, the applicant has filed the documents along with the counter, as a typed set. Therefore, now, the applicant intends to mark these documents, hence filed the present application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow the present application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the application and taking note of the fact that already these documents were produced by the applicant at the time of filing counter itself, however, the said documents have not been mentioned in the counter, therefore, it is appropriate to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the documents shall be received subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy. Post before the learned Master on 09.02.2026.
