ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on application for condonation of delay. The appeal is barred by 79 days.

2. The cause shown in the application is with regard to movement of files.

3. The prayer for condonation is opposed by learned counsel for the respondent by submitting that the cause shown is not sufficient and, therefore, the application is liable to be rejected.

4. Having considered the period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
