ORDER
Heard Mr.K.V.Muthu Visakan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioner initiated proceedings in Application No.UDYAMTN-10-0003811/S/00002 dated 25.01.2025. He has invoked the provisions under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 [hereinafter referred to as 'MSME Act'].
3. Despite the lapse of nearly a year, the petitioner has knocked on the doors of this Court as no action was initiated by the 2nd respondent.
4. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents received written instructions from the 2nd respondent, acknowledging receipt of the application on 25.01.2025. The 2nd respondent has instructed Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, that notices will issue to the respondent in the claim petitions on 19.12.2025. The instructions given by the 2nd respondent is scanned and extracted hereunder:
5. In the light to the categorical statement made by the 2nd respondent, suffice to record the same and direct him to initiate proceedings as stated by him on 19.12.2025 and complete the proceedings strictly in accordance with the procedures contemplated under Section 18 of the MSME Act.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
