ORDER
When this matter came up for hearing on earlier two occasions, i.e., 05.08.2024 and 09.08.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in order to give one more opportunity, this Court has directed the matter to be listed today i.e., on 13.08.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner.
2. A perusal of the entire records reveals that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful of lawful avocation of the Video games business of the petitioner shops, however, this court is of the view that, after a lapse of several years, nothing survives for Page No.2 of 4
adjudication in this matter. Further, the non-appearance of the petitioner shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
