This appeal arising out of MCOP No.1497 of 1997 on the file of MACT, III Additional Sub Court, Trichirappalli was already transferred to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

2. The Registry is directed to send the bundle immediately, with a note to list this matter within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
