ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police reported that the petitioner was earlier arrested and subsequently released on bail with certain conditions. Since the petitioner did not comply with the said conditions, the bail was cancelled by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode, vide an order dated 05.11.2025. in CMP No.1463 of 2024. Without challenging the order, the present petition has been directly filed before this Court.
