(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 and subsequently direct the 5th respondent to issue a Conviction Certificate to the petitioner's son named Gobu, L.C.T.No.10344, confining at Central Prison, Salem.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since this writ petition is filed seeking a simple writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 2 / 4
dated 19.11.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
