This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025.
2. Since the representation dated 23.04.2025 has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if they are directed to consider the representation dated 23.04.2025 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after holding a proper enquiry and after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner along with this writ petition, and after hearing objections from any other party whom they deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. __________Page 2 of 4

The learned Special Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court the proceedings dated 27.06.2025 of the third respondent, whereby, the Tahsildar/sixth respondent has been called upon to submit a report on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025. Therefore, since the enquiry has already been commenced, this Court deems fit to direct the respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 seeking for issuance of patta for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner along with this writ petition, as well as after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit to enquire. The respondents are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
