When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the directions of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram, a case in Crime No.613 of 2025 has been registered by the respondent police, for the offences under Sections 420, 465 and 471 of IPC.
