On representation of the learned counsel for the appellant side, this case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel for the appellant is present. The matter is settled as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Appellant preferred the Appeal as against the award passed in W.C.No.383 of 2014 dated 15.08.2014 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Assistant Commissioner, Salem.
2. Today, 14.10.2023, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal filed by him. Further, the Appellant represented that already deposited the entire award amount including interest. And, he also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
