This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1409 of 2024 on the file of learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, pending for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, 1860 r/w.34 of IPC, 1860.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the trial has been completed and the case now stands posted for arguments on 17.12.2025.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition, as the trial has commenced and the case is at the fag end of trial.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 16.12.2025 rap 2/4
