petitioner's father Mr.Chinnappan and his brother Mr.Perichiappan's name in the Patta No.1729 and Chitta No.1724 to the lands measuring to an total extent of 3.16 acres situated in survey no. 649/5, 649/3 and 603/2A, Thekkalur village, Avinasi Taluk, Tiruppur District on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2025 within a stipulated time by this court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry with regard to the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 requesting for inclusion of his father and brother names in Patta No.1729 and Chitta No.1724 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, and submits that on receipt of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025, the second respondent has forwarded the same to the third respondent for consideration.

3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 2 and 3, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 6 and 7 as well as any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 seeking for inclusion of his father and brother names in Patta No.1729 and Chitta No.1724, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 6 and 7 as well as any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. 02-02-2026 RKM To
