ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5685 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.25262 of 2024, passed by this Court in para no.3 dated 24.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Special Judge, Special

Court for Exclusive trial of cases under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997, Chennai once in a month i.e. Monday, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5685 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.25262 of 2024, passed by this Court in para no.3 dated 24.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
