C.M.A.No.1319 of 2019 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

This Court, on 09.09.2020, admitted the appeal and called for records from the Sub Court, Sankagiri in MCOP.No.271 of 2010, dated 15.10.2019.

2. The learned Judge, had sent records by retaining the records viz., Exs.P15 and P16 with them. The learned Judge has no power to retain the documents contrary to the orders passed by this Court.

3. In this regard, Registry is directed to call for remarks from the concerned Judge with regard to non sending of the documents and post the case on 21.12.2023 along with the document viz., Exs.P15 and P16.
