O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents-Police to produce the petitioner's daughter, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nallur Police Station produced the detenue before this Court.
3. On enquiry, it is found that the detenue had left the home on her own volition due to a love affair with her friend and out of fear. When enquired, the detenue expressed her willingness to go along with her parents. Accordingly, the detenue, being a minor, is permitted to go along with her parents.
4. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
