ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed disputing the correctness of the factual report of survey conducted by Tahsildar, where, no encroachment has been found.

2. As the matter involves disputed question of facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to seek indulgence of higher authorities raising issue of facts. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
