interest, and Interest for the employee contribution for the probation period with 12% for the all the employees of 2018, 2019 and 2020 as per office order dated 25.07.2022 till the date of payment by considering the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2024, 30.04.2024 and 27.02.2025.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the Employer Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) of Rs.90,480/- with 12% interest, and Interest for the employee contribution for the probation period with 12% for all the employees of 2018, 2019 and 2020 as per office order dated 25.07.2022 till the date of payment by considering the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2024, 30.04.2024 and 27.02.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representations dated 14.08.2025 to the third respondent seeking to disburse the employer contributory provident fund with interest and interest for the employee contribution for the 2/4

probation period and since there was no action, issued legal notice dated 27.02.2025 to the first respondent in this regard, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2024, 30.04.2024 and the legal notice dated 27.02.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2024, 30.04.2024 and the legal notice dated 27.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of.
