The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.68 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is in custody for more than mandatory period and prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, earlier petitioner's bail was dismissed on 11.11.2025 on merits and if at all the petitioner seeks default bail, it should be filed before the Jurisdictional Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to file appropriate petition before the concerned Court.
