ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12368 of 2025 in Crl.RC No.913 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 am until the disposal of the Criminal Revision.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12368 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.913 of 2025 dated 27.06.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the above revision is relaxed and the petitioner is now directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 07.01.2026 Tsg 2/4
