This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.192 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent-Police. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submits that, though the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Cr.No.192 of 2025, however, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvennainallur.
