ORDER
Pursuant to order dated 17.12.2025 permitting the Official Liquidator to effect substituted service on respondents 1 to 3, the Official Liquidator has filed report dated 17.02.2026 enclosing copies of paper publications. Notices were published in the New Indian Express, Chennai edition dated 25.01.2026, the New Indian Express, Bangalore edition dated 25.01.2026 and the New Indian Express, Dharmapuri edition dated 25.01.2026. Such publications are treated as service of notice on respondents 1 to 3.
2. The Official Liquidator has also stated that an aggregate sum of Rs.2,03,700/- was incurred as expenditure for such purpose. The Official Liquidator is permitted to make payment of Rs.2,03,700/- to Gameplan Communications Private Limited from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the applicants in Comp.A.Nos.659 & 660 of 2023 points out that the father of the applicants, Y.P.Sudanva Reddy, who is the second respondent in Comp.A.No.310 of 2015, passed away on
12.01.2018. The applicants in Comp.A.Nos.659 & 660 of 2023 are directed to submit the death certificate and legal heir certificate relating to Y.P.Sudanva Reddy so as to enable the Official Liquidator to file applications to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.
4. The Registry is directed to print the names of respondents 1 & 3 in the cause list for the next hearing.
5. Comp.A.No.310 of 2025 is disposed of on the above terms. List other applications on 18.03.2026.
