Today, this matter is listed under the caption for "Being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a mention stating that three affidavits and petitions were filed, and all are required to be returned to enable the petitioner to represent the same before the Executing Court. However, the order dated 03.02.2026 in C.R.P.No.300 of 2026 records only one unnumbered IA.SR.No.63644 of 2025 to be returned, and the other two applications (affidavits and petitions in I.A.SR.No.63643 & 63645 of 2025) have not been mentioned.

3. This Court having verified the records and convinced with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above, the Registry shall return the original I.A.SR.No.63643 & 63645 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025 to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, within a period of one week from today.
