ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Complaint regarding irregularities in the functioning of schools run by respondents 4 and 5 has been made through this public interest litigation.

2. We find that the petitioner has made complaint to the concerned authorities on 03.11.2025 and thereafter, this petition has been filed on 05.12.2025.

3. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is open for the authorities to examine the complaint by holding inquiry in that regard.

4. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
