ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to regularise the Theervu Land/Fallow Land for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and if found eligible, issue patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition for a long number of years and seeks for regularisation of her possession and issuance of patta in her name. The petitioner had given a representation on 21.11.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.

Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that since the subject lands are Government lands, the prayer sought for by the petitioner through her representation dated 21.11.2025 cannot be entertained by the respondents. 4.Till date, the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2025 is yet to be considered by the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2025 seeking to regularise her possession of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of patta, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
