Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to dispose the statutory appeal dated 17.04.2025 filed by the petitioner, based on the enquiry notice dated 22.08.2025 in Na.Ka. no A3/ 2283 / 2025 issued by the 3rd Respondent within the stipulated time.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of their pending appeal dated 17.04.2025 by the third respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, and on instructions, he submits that the appeal dated 17.04.2025 filed by the petitioner is posted for hearing on 23.02.2026.
3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents if the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.04.2025 after hearing the objections from the fifth respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
