ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2023, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein/husband filed the above said OP seeking divorce against the respondent/wife. A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that the respondent/wife filed counter as early as on 29.02.2024. Thereafter, the matter has been simply adjourned for enquiry from 11.03.2024. It is also seen from the adjudication papers that the said OP was posted on 19.03.2025 for recording evidence and thereafter, there is no substantial progress. Hence, this court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
