ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) r/w 8(c) of NDPS and 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, in Crime No. 302 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported that both anticipatory bail of the petitioner were dismissed in Crl.O.P.No.18640 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025 and in Crl.O.P.No. 27481 of 2025, dated 10.10.2025 and the same are suppressed, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.18640 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, the fact that the seized contraband is of intermediate quantity, and that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

4. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 18.12.2025 MSM To 1.The Inspector of Police, P-4, Basin Bridge Police Station Chennai-12.
