2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
