ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Application seeking recall of the order dated 13.11.2025 is filed on the ground that while holding enquiry, in purported compliance of the direction of this Court, applicant has not been heard.
2. Learned counsel for Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation, Tiruchirapalli Division, refers to a letter dated 29.11.2025 of the District Revenue Officer/Senior Divisional Manager that necessary action may be taken regarding relocation of TASMAC shop. A copy has been sent to the present applicant
P.Ramesh Kumar.
3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant has not received the said letter.
4. Let a copy of the letter dated 29.11.2025 be supplied to learned counsel for applicant today itself. The applicant would be at liberty to submit his objection within a period of 15 days from today.
5. We have not commented upon merits of the case. After receipt of the objection of applicant, the authority shall proceed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law. Application is disposed of.
