This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10854 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10854 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
