ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 10847 of 2025, dated 10.11.2025 with certain conditions imposed by directing to him to stay at Trichy and appear before the Malaikottai Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., for 30 days. However, without complying the

conditions even a single day, the petitioner is filed this modification petition.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the wife of the petitioner already appearing before the respondent police in Chennai and the petitioner was directed to comply with the earlier conditions imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.10847 of 2025, dated 10.11.2025. no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner and it will not cause any mental agony. Hence, the learned Counsel prays to modify the condition imposed by the Trial Court.

3.Though the petitioner arrested and released on bail as early as on 10.11.2025, he has not complied with the conditions ordered by the trial Court even a single day, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 15.12.2025 MSM
