When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government 1/3

Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that that the offences were altered from Sections 5(I), 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b),5(1)(c) and 5B(2) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 98 of BNS to 5(I), 5(j)(ii), 6 POCSO Act, 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b), 5(1) (c), 5B(2) ITP Act, 98 BNS, 3(2)(va) SC/St (POA) Amendment Act 2015. Since SC/ST Act has been added, this petition is not maintainable.

2. In view of the above submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the Concerned Special Count in accordance with provisions of the SC/ST Act. 15.12.2025 mpa To
