ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.319 of 2019 dated 28.06.2019, on the file of second respondent, renumbered as Cr.No.145 of 2020, dated 02.05.2020 on the file of first respondent before the jurisdictional Court. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.319 of 2019 dated 28.06.2019, renumbered as Cr.No.145 of 2020, dated 02.05.2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
