ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case. 2.The petitioner/A4 in C.C.No.5 of 2024 filed a discharge petition before the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.8553 of 2024. The trial Court, by an order dated 19.07.2025 dismissed the discharge petition, against which, the present revision is filed with a delay of 32 days.

3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case now charges framed, trial is proceeding and PW1 already examined, hence, strongly opposed this petition.
4.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, so that he can file a quash petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 5.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Crl.R.C.SR.No.99205 of 2025 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
