ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the 1st and 2nd respondents and the complaint has been closed, referring the case as civil in nature and that the respondent police officials are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioner but that he was called only for enquiry.
