This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 182 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused to the death of 7th respondent in O.S.A.No.390 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11 to 13 have no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and also considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned.

5. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
