This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents in the above O.S.A.No.390 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit and the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and list the matter for hearing on 06.04.2026.
