This Court, by order dated 22.09.2022, while dismissing the Crl.R.C.No.1093 of 2022, directed the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.462 of 2004 pending before him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a compliance report before this Court.

2. The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, vide his communication dated 28.03.2023 sent to the Registry, seeks further time of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.462 of 2004.

3.
