ORDER

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in the payment of the deficit Court Fees of Rs.10,000/- in Review Applications Sr.Nos.111167 and 110999 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay of 114 days in the payment of the deficit Court Fees of Rs.10,000/- in Review Applications is condoned.

4. Accordingly, both the Civil Miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

5. Post the matters on 20.01.2026 after numbering if it is otherwise in order for hearing.
