This petition is filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.N.Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Kannankumar, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 73 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
