It is brought to the notice of this Court that the examination of witnesses on both sides has been completed and the Arbitral Tribunal has received the forensic report only recently and the proceedings is now at the stage of final arguments. Hence, considering the stage of the proceedings and after hearing both sides, the period is extended by six months.
