ORDER

After hearing both sides briefly, this matter is referred to Mediation. All permissible modes of notice are permitted.

2. The parties are directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, Chennai on 06.04.2026 through Video Conferencing without fail.

3.The Mediator namely Mr.G.Ramdas, shall hold appropriate sessions with the parties, explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the inter se disputes, and facilitate the parties in arriving at a mutually acceptable resolution. In the event of a settlement being arrived at a completion report shall be submitted before this Court.

4.If no settlement is arrived at between the parties, Mediator shall submit a report before this Court on or before 23.04.2026.

5. List the matter on 23.04.2026.
