ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue computerized patta in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Duraisamy Reddy based on the registered sale deed in Doc.No.2705/1944 dated 30.05.1944 and Doc.No.2091/1956 dated 15.09.1956 for the total extent of 37,506 sq.ft. situated in the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, erroneously the names of the private respondents viz., respondent 4 to 6 are included in the patta for the aforementioned property, which according to the petitioner is absolutely owned by the legal heirs of the deceased Duraisamay Reddy. The petitioner has also filed supporting documents to substantiate the petitioner's contentions. The petitioner seeks for removal of names of the respondents 4 to 6 in the patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has given representation on 11.10.2025 to the official respondents, requesting them to remove the names of the private respondents in the revenue records. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent (Competent authority) deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025, seeking for issuance of computerized patta in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Duraisamy Reddy based on the registered sale deed in Doc.No.2705/1944 dated 30.05.1944 and Doc.No.2091/1956 dated 15.09.1956 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire.
