ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 05.11.2025 pending before the 1st respondent.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with in this writ petition.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 05.11.2025 preferred by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Since the appeal has been filed only on 05.11.2025, this Court deems it fit to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal. Page No.2 of 4

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 05.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
