issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 seeking to grant the incentive increment based on the Post Graduate Degree in (M.Sc.) Mathematics Discipline possessed by the petitioner, with retrospective effect from the date of eligibility by granting exemption for having completed the course without obtaining approval from the respondents within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 seeking to grant the incentive increment based on the Post Graduate Degree in (M.Sc.) Mathematics Discipline possessed by the petitioner, with retrospective 2/5

effect from the date of eligibility by granting exemption for having completed the course without obtaining approval from the respondents within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 03.10.2025 to the respondents seeking to grant incentive increment for the M.Sc. (Mathematics) qualification possessed by the petitioner, with retrospective effect from the date of eligibility by granting exemption for having completed the course without obtaining approval from the respondents, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
