(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The limited prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to decide SA No.744 of 2024, within a time limit.

2. Considering the fact that the securitisation application is pending since 2024, though no time bound direction can be given, we observe that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, shall take all steps possible to decide the case as early as possible.

3. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order to costs.
