ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the the FIR in Crime No.05 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police herein viz., The Inspector of Police, Bahour Police Station, Puducherry.

2.There are sufficient allegations made in the complaint. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that these petitioners have already given a complaint against the defacto complainant and the same has been registered in Crime No.86 of 2016. The same respondent Police is investigating both the FIRs. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

if the FIRs are investigated by the respondent Police, the truth will be revealed at the end of the investigation. The learned counsel would submit that this Court should not interfere with the investigation at this stage in Crime Nos.86 of 2016 and 5 of 2018.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
