ORDER

When the matter came up for admission, Mr.Mshajahan, learned Special Government Pleader took notice for the respondent and reported that he will get instructions from the Regional Transport Officer (Chennai North West),

Chennai 600 102.

2. When the matter was called today, Mr.Shajahan reports that the application of the petitioner seeking renewal of the Auto Rickshaw permit is defective. The instructions given is scanned and extracted hereunder:

3. Mr.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the defects will be rectified within a period of one week.

4. On receipt of the rectified application, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders by 31.12.2025.

5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
